Rinkee Ahmed founded she had a successful Travel and Tours business called “Skymark Travel Inc.” from 2012.
She is forward thinking, dedicated to her community and is deeply involved in the process of improving her community through various projects.
She was awarded the “Best Woman Entrepreneur” by Scarborough Rotarian Club in 2012, Toronto, Ontario.
She is a elected board member of Crossroads of the Danforth BIA, Toronto since 2018. From 2023 she become Treasure.
Cross roads of the Danforth BIA arrange a yearly street festival to promote all businesses for whole day. they brings vintage car show, local band groups, local cultural organizations, fire games, etc. This festival covers by CTV and all other media, ad on TTC bus, subway and online portal. City of Toronto funding for these festivals.
As a board member, she wanted to promote her community cultural organization. she allocates two slots, One hour and 30 minutes in 2022 and performed Bangla band group “Shoor” and a dancing group. this year 2023 she allocate 30 minutes slot Aruna Haider dancing group Sukanya Nrittangam
Rinkee ahmed strongly believes in future she can present and promote Bangla cultural to the main stream through Crossroads of the Danforth BIA platform.
